New features include:

 

   -New epoxy non-skid floors.

   -New epoxy walls.

   -New and better energy efficient lighting.

   -New vinyl coated ceiling tiles and grids.

   -New “Duriron” and CPVC lab waste sewer piping.

   -More Floor and trench drains.

   -Stainless steel metal covers for steam, hot and cold water piping, conduit, and other piping.

   -New “quick connections” for food carts and equipment.

   -New compressors for walk-in coolers and freezers.

   -Improved air circulation and ventilation.

   -Security fencing for inmate control.

   -Lower walls for better sight lines.

   -Stainless steel electrical disconnects.

   -Repaired and new energy efficient lighting for coolers and freezers.

   -New pallet storage racks for dry products.

   -Additional staff offices.

   -New painted surfaces.

   -Re-built equipment, sinks, tables, and other items which were in old kitchen.

   -Two new stainless steel metal assembly tables.

   -New food trays and delivery carts.

   -New and re-built hood ducts.

   -Two new tray washers, which minimizes water usage and reduces labor, with space to add another washer in the future.

   -Recessed pit for future pot washer.

   -New mixer, kettles, combi-oven, bread slicer, bun slicer, sheeter/moulder, divider/rounder, roll-in ovens, and various other miscellaneous equipment, tables, sinks,

    and carts.

   -17,024 square feet of more efficient, energy reducing, and safer work areas with future planning built-in.
