81st Street is a 4-lane street with a center median that is located near Oral Roberts University and the Creek Nation Casino. The project scope consists of milling, patching, and overlay of asphalt paving, replacing defective sidewalks, utility relocation as needed, right-of-way and easement including property research, preparation of acquisition documents as required, and general maintenance items.
