A current project we are working on is the rehabilitation of Peoria Avenue from 36th Street North to 56th Street North, including the intersections at Peoria & 46th Street North and Peoria & 56th Street North. The project scope consists of:

•  Milling, patching, and overlay asphalt paving

•  Rehab as needed on existing storm sewer system

•  Water main replacement

•  Replace defective sidewalk and handicap access

•  Right-of-way and easement as required

•  Intersection signalization

•  General maintenance items
