BKL designed the David L. Moss Criminal Justice Center in Tulsa. As part of our scope of work for the project, BKL was responsible for preparing construction documents for rehabilitation of Archer Street from Lawton Avenue to Denver Avenue.
 

The roadway was 2 driving lanes and a bike lane in each direction for a distance of 0.24 miles. The improvements consisted of milling existing asphalt pavement, removing and replacing damaged curbs and sidewalks, patching pavement failures, rehabilitation of existing inlets and manholes, overlay asphalt, and striping.
