Working as a Civil Engineer since 1980, and currently as a principal at BKL, Mr. Rochelle has extensive experience in civil design.  His roadway design experience includes widening, new alignments, intersections, grading, paving, drainage and channel design, the design of detention systems including hydrology and hydraulics analysis, bridge location, the design of inlet and outlet structures, pond routing, erosion control design, and site drainage. He is experienced in the design and execution of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). His project management skills include coordinating all professionals involved in the design of a project, scheduling and tracking projects, and cost estimating.  George has broad and extensive experience in site planning and master planning, as well as in managing drainage and detention projects. Throughout his career he has solved numerous site problems relating to unusual circulation patterns, poor subgrade and utilities.
