Mr. Marquardt has over 17 years of
extensive experience in transportation design and project management
including alignment studies, new alignments, interchanges,
intersections, pavement rehabilitation, grading, drainage, detention
systems, hydrology and hydraulic analysis, erosion control, site design,
signing, striping, traffic control and construction sequencing. He has
prepared and executed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP),
environmental mitigation plans and 404 permitting, managed utility
relocations and assisted with right of way acquisitions. Mr. Marquardt
also has previous experience in construction management and inspection
while serving as resident engineer on a major project for the Oklahoma
Turnpike Authority as well as multiple smaller projects for various
owners. |
