Ms. Loeffler has been in Transportation design since 1987
and project management since 1995, and is currently a principal at BKL,
Inc. Her experience extends mostly to structural design,
foundations, buildings and bridges, making her extremely detail oriented
and highly qualified to oversee structural design and QA/QC for a wide
variety of projects. She has completed the FHWA Comprehensive
Bridge Inspection and Rating Training Course, as well as the FHWA
Fracture Critical Inspection Class. |

In addition to her design experience Stacy has been an active member of
the Tulsa Community since 1987. She is a past president of the Oklahoma
Society of Professional Engineers (OSPE), Tulsa Chapter, and is
a former OSPE Young Engineer of the Year. She is also a member of the
American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Society of American Military
Engineers (SAME), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE),
American Public Works Assoc. (APWA), American Concrete Institute (ACI),
and the American Consulting Engineers Council (ACEC). She is a member of
the Tulsa Lion's Club and
serves on the University of Oklahoma Civil Engineering Department
Visiting Council. |
