BKL found the TulOil Building near downtown Tulsa after a year long search to find a location to move our expanding office. Although the building was abandoned, subject to constant vandalism and a neighborhood eyesore, this 8,000 sq. ft. building remained an excellent example of 1920’s brick warehouse design. Its thick brick walls, steel divided light windows and riveted steel trusses, defined a beautiful open space.
